4. Changes & Cancellations

  • Customer-initiated changes or cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy and supplier rules.
  • Supplier-imposed fees may apply.

5. Travel Documents & Requirements

  • Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, health certificates, and entry requirements.
  • We are not liable for denied travel due to documentation errors.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control—such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics.

7. Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or other damages arising from third-party services or unexpected events.

8. Price Changes

All prices are subject to change until full payment is received. Additional supplier fees (e.g., taxes, fuel) may apply.

9. Conduct & Responsibilities

You and your party must comply with local laws and behave respectfully. We reserve the right to terminate service for misconduct without refund.
