2. Cancellation Timelines & Refund Amounts
- Flights: Full refund if canceled 24 + hours before departure; otherwise
subject to supplier fees.
- Hotels: Free cancellation if made 48 + hours before check-in; late
cancellations incur supplier or agency penalties.
- Day Tours & Activities: Full refund if canceled ≥ 24 hours before
start; partial refund (80%) if 12–24 hours; none if within 12 hours.
- Vacation Packages: Tiered refunds: full refund ≥ 30 days pre-departure;

3. Refund Method & Timing
- Refunds processed to original payment method within 7–20 business days, depending on

In case of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable
events, we will assist with refunds, credits, or rebooking, according to supplier terms
